These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort's services and facilities.

By accessing or using our website, making a reservation, or utilizing any services offered by Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2.1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort and after payment of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.
2.2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the reservation process. Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
2.3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival for regular bookings and 30 days prior for peak season bookings (December 15 to January 15, Holy Week, and all public holidays).
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during the booking process. All payments made by credit card may be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer.
2.4. Rates and Taxes
All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges. Rates are subject to change without notice unless a confirmed reservation with deposit has been made.
Important: Additional fees may apply for optional services and amenities. Please refer to the specific descriptions provided at the time of booking or contact our reservations team for details.
3.1. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
During peak seasons and for special events, a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply and will be specified at the time of booking.
3.2. Modifications
Requests for modifications to existing reservations (such as date changes or room type changes) are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Modifications must be submitted in writing to our reservations department.
Reductions in length of stay made within the cancellation period will be subject to the cancellation charges outlined above.
3.3. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount, and the reservation will be cancelled.
4.1. Check-in Time
The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Check-out Time
The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability and will incur additional charges as follows:
4.3. Identification Requirements
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, etc.) at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
5.1. Access to Facilities
Access to certain facilities and services may be limited or subject to additional charges. Operating hours of facilities are subject to change without notice.
5.2. Swimming Pools and Beach
Use of swimming pools and beach areas is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The resort management reserves the right to close these areas temporarily for maintenance or due to adverse weather conditions.
5.3. Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the resort's restaurants, bars, and common areas unless prior approval has been granted by management.
5.4. Wi-Fi and Internet Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in designated areas of the resort. The resort does not guarantee continuous availability or specific speeds of the internet connection.
6.1. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff. Excessive noise, inappropriate behavior, or any activity that disturbs other guests may result in the termination of your stay without refund.
6.2. Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
6.3. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, restaurants, or enclosed public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided throughout the resort. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.
6.4. Child Policy
Children are welcome at Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort. However, parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times.
7.1. Limitation of Liability
Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities, or for any loss or damage to personal property, unless due to proven negligence by the resort.
7.2. Personal Belongings
The resort provides in-room safes for the safekeeping of valuables. The resort management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items not properly secured.
7.3. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
All content on the Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without prior written consent.
9.1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
Kamayan Penthouse Beach Resort reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you accept the modified terms.
